Roles We Fill

Licensed Plumber
Texas tradesman or journeyman license, comfortable running service calls solo — drains, water heaters, repipes, leak work, sewer. You talk to the customer directly, so how you explain a repair matters as much as how you make it.
Apprentice / Helper
No license required. Show up on time, work hard, stay curious. You will register as an apprentice with the state and start logging hours toward your tradesman license from day one.
Service Technician
Residential and light commercial service work across the Valley. Diagnosis, repair, and doing it right the first time so nobody has to come back.
Counter & Dispatch
The hardware counter and the phone. You are the first person a customer deals with. Bilingual English/Spanish is a real advantage here.

You Show Up
On the day, at the time, ready to work. Most of this trade is just reliability, and it is rarer than it should be.
You Tell the Truth
About what a job needs, what it will cost, and what went wrong when something does. We would rather hear a problem early than find it later.
You Leave It Clean
Customers remember the mess longer than the repair. A clean job site is part of the work, not a favour.
You Can Be Taught
Nobody arrives knowing everything. The plumbers who last are the ones still asking questions ten years in.
A valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for any role that runs a service truck.
